We assess the potential patient needs from easy listing environments to challenging listing environments.

We exam the following:

• Issues with TV/Radio
• One on one conversations
• Small Groups
• Meetings/Religious events
• Busy Restaurants/Large Group meetings

We encourage the family to accompany the potential patient. We like to have a third party voice there that the patient recognizes.
